Hi, I'm Grace.
I’m Grace Berg, an associate therapist at Pure Intention Services, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels comfortable, empowering, and even a little fun. As someone with lived experience as an ADHDer, I know how overwhelming things can get, and I’ve found that a mix of humor and a laid-back approach can make a world of difference in therapy. My focus is on creating a space where you can be yourself—no need to pretend or hold back. Together, we’ll dive into what’s working, what’s not, and how we can build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling for you.
I use a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to your needs, including CBT, solution-focused, person-centered approaches, and EMDR. Whether you’re dealing with stress, trauma, or just trying to figure out how to better manage life’s ups and downs, we’ll work together to find strategies that actually work for you. My approach is holistic, meaning I look at all aspects of your life, not just the problem at hand. We’ll focus on emotional regulation, personal growth, and developing practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control.
Outside of work, you’ll find me camping, jamming out at live music shows, or diving into creative projects that keep me inspired. I believe in bringing that same sense of joy and creativity into the therapy room because healing doesn't have to be all serious and heavy all the time. Sometimes, a little laughter can be the best medicine.
